HASBER c-30

The HASBER C-30 is a fully automatic truck mounted mobile batch-mix plant cum mobile concrete mixer. It can produce and also transport Concrete, thus HASBER C-30 is a combination of a batching plant and a transit mixer. The C-30 machine is powered by a KOEL slave engine which is not used during transport and thus saves a lot of fuel. It is provided with a Twin shaft Mixer duly protected under patent laws and is able to produce a Homogeneous Concrete Mix within seconds. It has separate bins for three aggregates, two cements, water & admixture and is provided with a fully automatic PLC Control Panel on a 28 Tonne Truck Chassis.

HASBER C-30 is provided with-

Three separate bins for three types of aggregates such as- 10 mm, 20mm and sand with three separate conveyors.
Two separate bins for two cementitious materials such as Cement and Fly ash or GGBS with two separate conveyors.
Two adjoined water compartments with a heavy duty water pump
Two admixture tank with admixture pump.
Separate Compartment for mineral Admixture – Micro silica.

HASBER C-30 is provided with a heavy duty hydraulic drive from the said In-built Engine PTO/ a separate slave engine which enables simultaneous discharge of the ingredients into the Twin shaft mixer in required quantities to produce a homogeneous concrete mix in a very short cycle time of 60 seconds. C-30 is provided with a fully automatic batching system based on VWT (Weight, Volume & Time) batching system (patented). The Twin Shaft Mixer provided is a high torque WCMD Mixer without weighing function which is protected by a granted Indian Patent. The mixer is provided with a hydraulic discharge gate.
